Report Content & Complaints

We take reports about content seriously. Anyone may report content on Trampling, whether or not they have an account.

Report illegal or non-consensual content

If you believe a video shows someone under 18, someone who did not consent to being filmed or to the video being published, or anything else illegal, email [complaints email] with:

• the link to the video, or its title,
• what the problem is,
• if it concerns you, how we can verify your identity (we keep this confidential).

We acknowledge every report within 2 business days and review and resolve it within 7 business days. While we review a credible report of non-consensual or illegal content, we take the video offline. If you appear in a video and withdraw your consent, we remove it. If you disagree with our decision, reply to our email to appeal; a different person reviews appeals.

Copyright (DMCA) notices

If you believe content on the site infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent, [dmca agent], at [complaints email]. Include: your contact details; the work you believe is infringed; the location of the material on our site; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner; and your physical or electronic signature.
